Ordering a product from FabricLA is quick and easy.

Browse and Add to Cart: Find the items you want and add them to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

Review Cart: Click on the cart icon to review your selections and make any adjustments to quantities.

Checkout: Proceed to checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button.

Shipping & Billing: Enter your shipping and billing information.

Review & Payment: Review your order details, including shipping method and total cost. Choose your preferred payment method and complete the payment process.

Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with order details and tracking information.

If you prefer not to order online, you may place an order by email.

We offer a few ways to save on your fabric purchases! We sometimes run promotions and offer discount codes, so be sure to sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop. We also offer competitive everyday pricing and occasional sales on remnant fabrics.

There is no minimums unless stated otherwise.

The minimum is 50 yards for to qualify for a wholesale discount . Please call or email us for more information.

Orders are processed typically in 24-48 hours after they are placed. We can change an order only if it has not been shipped out yet.

Please have your order number handy, then call or email us. If your order has not been shipped, we can cancel your order.

Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to ship your order. We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order on a weekend day or CA state/national holiday it will be processed the next business day.

We only collect 9.5% sales tax for the state of California.

We use USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx for the shipping.

It usually takes 2-7 business days to receive the order. We have an expedited shipping options available , please contact us for the options.

Yes, we do ship to PO boxes except orders containing 5 or more items. In that case , we need a physical address.

Yes we do! You can call or email us and provide as much information as you can about the fabric you are looking for then we will get back to you as soon as we have a results.

Unfortunately those fabrics are customized for the customer and not returnable.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@fabricla.com. Please note that returns must be sent to 1502 E Washington Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, 90021. 


If your return is accepted, the customer is responsible for the return shipping label. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us must first request a return to be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period .
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
