How do I place an order?

Ordering a product from FabricLA is quick and easy. After you select an item, you'll be guided through checkout. If you prefer not to order online, you may place an order via phone, by mail, or by fax.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimums unless stated otherwise.

How do I get wholesale prices?

There is one roll minimum in order to get wholesale prices. Please call or email us for more information. 

Is there a minimum order quantity for wholesale?

There is (1) one roll minimum policy in our store for wholesale prices. There is about 70-100 yards on a roll depending on a fabric. Please call for more information.

Can I change my order at any time?

Orders are processed typically in 24-48 hours after they are placed. We can change an order only if it has not been shipped out yet.

How do I cancel an order? 

Please have your order number handy, then call or email us. If your order has not been shipped, we can cancel your order.

When will my order ship? 

Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to ship your order. We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order on a weekend day or CA state/national holiday it will be processed the next business day.

Do you collect sales tax? 

We only collect 9% sales tax for the state of California.

Which carriers are you using for the shipping? 

We use USPS and FedEx for the shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

It usually takes 2-7 business days to receive the order. We have an expedited shipping options available , please contact us for the options.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we do ship to PO boxes.

Do you find specific fabrics that you do not stock?

Yes we do! You can call or email us and provide as much information as you can about the fabric you are looking for then we will get back to you as soon as we have a results.
